Join guides from the award-winning wukalina Walk on a journey through the ancient forests of kunanyi (Mt Wellington), where you'll discover how the muwinina palawa have cared for and remained connected to this remarkable landscape for thousands of years.

As palawa, we have always belonged to this place. Our deep and enduring relationship with Country offers a unique perspective on kunanyi's plants, animals, fungi and ecosystems.

Home to an extraordinary diversity of endemic species, kunanyi is renowned for its wildflowers, birdlife, ancient forests and natural beauty. Along the way, you'll learn how the muwinina understood, cared for and lived with this environment, and how those connections continue today.

Takara (walk) with us and experience a journey of discovery, cultural immersion and meaningful conversation, connecting past and present through the stories, knowledge and living culture of palawa people.
